What we bring
Truss structures, LED panels, lighting and audio equipment, cameras and licensed drones are all in our own inventory; exhibition stands are fabricated in our own workshop. For a partner that means two concrete advantages: equipment is not brokered from a third company with a second margin on top, and on event day we do not depend on anyone else's schedule. When a change is needed at the last minute, there is no additional contractor to wait on.
How we work
The work runs in five steps. First, the brief: event date, venue, format and technical requirements — we respond to a brief within one to two working days. Second, the site survey: ceiling height, rigging and load points, available power and access dimensions. Third, the technical proposal: the structure is engineered on those measurements and delivered together with load calculations. Fourth, delivery: installation, operator support on the day, and de-rigging. Fifth, handover and report.
White label and confidentiality
On site our crew works under your organisation; if you prefer, our name appears neither on clothing nor in documentation — the event is presented entirely under your brand. Project details, budget and client information stay confidential, and the material and documents produced go to you alone.
Real partnership examples
This is not a new format for us. At the İrshad Electronics store opening the general organiser was Aze Catering, while the hybrid organisational support, sound system and LED screen were ours. The Turan Tekstil 2025 exhibition was organised by Founder Klub, and the media planning and coverage were our work. The Premium Gala at the Nar Şərab restaurant was run by Doctor's Award Prodakşn, while the complete stage solution — truss structure, podium, moving head lighting and four LED screens — was built by us.

If you have another event on the same date, will crew and equipment still be available for our project?+
Capacity is not a constraint for us — our own equipment inventory and technical crew allow several projects to run in the same period. The earlier you confirm the date, the more firmly equipment and crew are held for it.
Can you work under our brand?+
Yes. On site our crew works under your organisation; if you prefer, our name appears neither on clothing nor in documentation.
How quickly do you provide a technical proposal?+
We respond to a brief within one to two working days. The precise technical proposal follows the site survey — ceiling height, rigging points and available power determine what the structure can be.
Do you supply load calculations and safety documentation?+
Yes. For truss structures, height, span and rigged load are calculated in advance, and those calculations are provided to you and to the venue's management.
Is the equipment yours or hired in?+
Truss structures, LED panels, lighting and audio equipment, cameras and licensed drones are all in our own inventory. For you that means two things: no double margin, and no dependence on a third company's schedule on event day.
Can we take only one part — LED screens alone, for example?+
Yes. Stage, LED, lighting, sound, exhibition stands and media can each be booked separately. Taken together they sit under one contract with a single point of responsibility.
What permits does a foreign company need in Azerbaijan?+
It depends on the event type and venue — the venue's own build-up rules, municipal permits for open-air sites and drone flight permission are separate matters. As the local party we handle these processes.
Do you hold a drone filming licence?+
Yes, aerial filming is carried out with officially licensed drones. Filming without permission creates legal exposure and can leave the footage unusable.
Do you work on a commission or agency model?+
The model is agreed per project: both a direct contract and subcontracting under your own contract are possible. Terms are set in the first conversation.
How are the contract and payment terms structured?+
Terms are agreed individually, by project scale and duration. For ongoing cooperation a framework agreement is possible, so each event does not have to be negotiated from scratch.
