Baku Climate Action Week 2026 and the UN's 4th Climate Week get under way

Baku Climate Action Week 2026 runs from 7 to 11 September at the Baku Convention Center. This year it coincides with the UN's 4th Climate Week, with the Implementation Forum held on 9–10 September. Impact on the city and the sector The week brings large international delegations to Baku, raises demand on hotel and conference infrastructure and reinforces the city as a regional platform for the climate agenda. Participants and scale Government bodies, international organisations, investors, academia, business and civil society take part. The programme combines panel sessions, exhibition areas and working meetings. Expected outcome New commitments, partnerships and financing initiatives on Paris Agreement implementation are expected to be announced.
